Digital Products

• All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads) are non-refundable once a download link has been provided, unless the product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described.

• If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us within 7 days at transparent@transparentpotential.com.au. We will reissue the files or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Physical Products (Books, Print-on-Demand, etc.)

• You can return unused, undamaged physical products within 30 days of receiving them.

• To request a return, email transparent@transparentpotential.com.au with your order number and details.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the item is received.

Our Commitment

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
